INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation- GDPR

Pursuant to art. 13 of the General European Regulation on the processing of personal data, this document describes how the site is managed with regard to the processing of the personal data of the users who consult it. 
This information is relative to all the internet sites owned by SAER Elettropompe S.p.A.

- DATA CONTROLLER 

The data controller is SAER Elettropompe S.p.A., with registered office in Guastalla (RE), Via Circonvallazione n. 22. 
Data processing takes place at the aforementioned offices of SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. and is carried out by the staff of the Sales Department and the IT Department.

- OBJECT OF PROCESSING 

The following types of data (also of a non-personal nature) will be processed:

    1. NAVIGATION DATA 

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website (and those listed above) acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site: except in this case, data on web contacts are not currently stored for more than seven days.

    2. COOKIES 

This site (and those listed above) use web analytics services using 'cookies', which are pieces of data that are stored on your computer to enable the website to analyse how you use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to the servers of the website analytics service provider who will use this information for the purpose of tracking and analysing your use of this website and the others listed above, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The operator of the analysis service may also transfer this information to third parties where required by law or where such third parties process the information on behalf of the operator itself or of SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. By using this web site, the user consents to the processing of his/her data by SAER Elettropompe S.p.A and/or the manager of the above-mentioned analysis services for the above-mentioned methods and purposes.

    3. DATA VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED BY THE USER THROUGH REGISTRATION (RESERVED AREA) 

The user who wishes to receive commercial and technical information (catalogues, leaflets, manuals, certificates, price lists, presentations, technical data sheets, instructions, videos and general documents) from SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. must access a dedicated area of the site (RESERVED AREA) after registering and creating a unique user profile. The data being processed (name, surname, address, country, company and sector of interest) are the data required to assign each user a unique user name (and creation of related password to access the dedicated areas of the site) as well as to receive communications relating to trade fair participation in the sector, news and information on the SAER range, updates of available price lists and special offers on SAER Elettropompe products.
 The legal basis for the processing of the data provided is consent to their processing by means of a declaration expressed by means of a flag in the special area below the form. The data will be stored until the user asks for his/her profile to be deleted and, in any case, after 2 years of inactivity.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING 

SAER Elettropompe S.p.A., as data controller, informs you that the personal data supplied voluntarily by the Data Subjects are used for the sole purpose of allowing access to the download area of the site relating to the SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. catalogues and to receive communications of a commercial and technical nature.

MODALITIES FOR DATA PROCESSING 
The data collected are collected by means of a digital form and subsequently processed by means of IT tools. 
Failure to provide the requested data will make it impossible for SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. to supply the service requested. 
The data will not be communicated to third parties and will be processed solely at the offices of SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. and by the partners appointed to manage the website and responsible for processing pursuant to art. 28 GDPR. SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. adopts appropriate security measures to prevent the loss of data, and to protect them against unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES 

As the party concerned by the processing of personal Data, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal Data concerning you, information on the purposes and methods of processing, the identification details of the Data Controller and of the Data Processors, if appointed, and of the representative designated on the territory of the State, if provided for by law, as well as the updating, rectification, integration, deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of your Data.

You also have the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your Personal Data. Should you feel that one of your rights has been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (following the procedures and instructions published on the Authority's website at www.garanteprivacy.it) or an administrative or judicial appeal. 
Any request for cancellation of the profile will result in the immediate deletion of the personal data provided at the time of registration.
