Data Controller

The data controller is SAER Elettropompe S.p.A., based in Guastalla (RE), Via Circonvallazione n. 22.
Data processing takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. and is handled by personnel from the Sales Department and the IT department.

Personal data categories, purposes and legal basis of data processing

The Site of SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. hosts a contact area through which the User can proceed to forward a contact request to the Sales Area for commercial information.
This section collects the following types of data:
• first and last name;
• country;
• company of reference;
• email address;
• phone number;
• free field for entering the message text.

It should be noted that SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. cannot carry out any type of prior control in relation to the information entered within the fields that can be freely filled in by the User.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR - the processing is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (business contact request).

How we process data

The data are collected by means of a digital form and subsequently processed through the use of computerized istruments.
Failure to provide the requested data will make it impossible for SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. to send the requested information.
SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. relies on Data Processors (ex art. 28 Regulation 679/2016 GDPR) for hosting, development, maintenance a
nd support services of the website. The list of Data Processors is available at the registered office of SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. takes appropriate security measures to prevent the loss of data, and to preserve them from unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Storage Time

The data will be kept for as long as it takes to contact the requester and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 3 months: after this period they will be deleted.

User rights and how to exercise them

- Request cancellation from the subscription to the newsletter service with consequent deletion of the data conferred from our archives (opt out);
- Ask the owner for access to their data, their rectification or restriction of processing, verify their accuracy or request their integration or update, or their cancellation.
