Data Controller

The data controller is SAER Elettropompe S.p.A., based in Guastalla (RE), Via Circonvallazione n. 22.
Data processing related to job applications takes place at the aforementioned offices of SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. and is handled by personnel from the Administration Office and the Personnel Office.

Purpose of processing

SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. as the data controller informs that the personal data provided by the Interested Parties by filling out the aforementioned form (and the Curriculum Vitae attached thereto) are used for the sole purpose of sending their applications for open job positions at SAER Elettropompe S.p.A.

Personal data categories, purposes and legal basis of data processing

Personal data are collected through a digital form (with the possibility of providing attachments) and subsequently processed through the use of instruments tools.
The data requested are those necessary for the selection of personnel for the purpose of eventual employment.
Failure to provide the requested data will make it impossible for SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. to screen the advanced application.
SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. relies on Data Processors (ex art. 28 Regulation 679/2016 GDPR) for website hosting, development, maintenance and support services. The list of Data Processors is available at the registered office of SAER Elettropompe S.p.A.
SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. takes appropriate security measures to prevent the loss of data, and to preserve them from unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Storage Time

SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. will retain the data collected until the request to revoke the processing: in the case of non-acceptance of the application, the resumes sent may be retained for possible future personnel selections and in any case for a period of time not exceeding 3 years.

User rights and how to exercise them

The individuals to whom the personal data refer (also referred to as "Data Subjects") have the right at any time to:
- Request cancellation from the subscription to the newsletter service with consequent deletion of the data conferred from our archives (opt out);
- Ask the owner for access to their data, their rectification or restriction of processing, verify their accuracy or request their integration or update, or their cancellation.
