Newsletters and promotional emails are sent by e-mail to those who have subscribed to the appropriate mailing list by filling out the form on www.saerelettropompe.com or otherwise through requests, always referring to the newsletter subscription, complete with the authorization to process their personal data related to this.

We would like to remind you that the provision of data is optional, but refusal to provide the data or failure to authorize processing will result in the inability to obtain the newsletter service and promotional info.

Data Controller

The data controller is SAER Elettropompe S.p.A., based in Guastalla (RE), Via Circonvallazione n. 22. The processing of data related to the newsletter and promotions service takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. and is carried out by personnel from the Sales Department and the IT department.

Purpose of processing

SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. as the data controller informs that the personal data provided by the Interested Parties by filling out the aforementioned form are used for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter and promotional communications and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Personal data categories, purposes and legal basis of data processing

Data are collected through paper or digital forms and subsequently processed through the use of computer tools.
The data requested are those necessary to send the newsletter (identification of the person requesting the subscription, country in which the person operates, company to which the person belongs and email address to which the newsletter is to be sent) and those necessary to send relevant communications by country, language and sector of interest.
Failure to provide the requested data will make it impossible for SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. to provide the requested service.
SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. relies on Data Processors (ex art. 28 Regulation 679/2016 GDPR) for the hosting, development, maintenance and support services of the newsletter service. The list of Data Processors is available at SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. headquarters.
SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. takes appropriate security measures to prevent the loss of data, and preserve them from illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Storage Time

SAER Elettropompe S.p.A. will keep the collected data until the request to revoke the treatment or cancellation from the Newsletter service and in any case for a period of time not exceeding 5 years.

User rights and how to exercise them

The individuals to whom the personal data refer (also referred to as "Data Subjects") have the right at any time to:
- Request cancellation from the subscription to the newsletter service with consequent deletion of the data conferred from our archives (opt out);
- Ask the owner for access to their data, their rectification or restriction of processing, verify their accuracy or request their integration or update, or their cancellation.

The 'possible cancellation, will stop sending the newsletter and promotional communications.

Should you wish to file a complaint regarding the manner in which your personal data is processed by the Data Controller or regarding the handling of a complaint you have filed, you have the right to file a petition directly with the Supervisory Authority in the manner indicated on www.garanteprivacy.it.

Service Cancellation

To stop receiving the newsletter and promotional communications, you can select the "unsubscribe" option found in each newsletter you receive. In case of problems or to request complete deletion of data send an e-mail to: privacy@saer.it
