SAER's product range is in continual evolution. Our R&D department makes use of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation, performs FEA (Finite Element Analysis), multiphysics simulations, fluid-structure interaction and modal analyses, meeting the challenge of creating products which combine reliability, durability and value.

Throughout the production cycle, strict protocols guarantee quality. SAER's know-how, the company's ISO 9001 certification and its flexible processes mean we can satisfy customer needs and requirements in a rapidly changing market. A wide range of checks and inspections are performed on the parts and components: from the form to the properties of the materials, all requirements necessary to ensure the expected level of quality are verified using state-of-the-art instruments.

Research & Development, machining of components (the bedrock of the pump's precision and reliability), assembly and testing: the entire production line of SAER Elettropompe takes place within our Italian plants, staffed by trained personnel with exceptional experience and passion. Constant investments are made at all levels to improve the efficiency, protection and quality of the processes and the finished products.

CERTIFICATIONS
SAER has again received recognition in 2024 with CRIBIS Prime Company certification for the highest level of commercial reliability.
This is a valuable award, given to only 7% of the 6 million+ companies in Italy. This certification is based on dynamic indicators which are constantly updated and take into account numerous variables such as: personal information, company seniority, financial statements and payment history.
OURTESTING ROOMS
SAER's testing rooms, equipped with the most up-to-date monitoring systems, certify the quality of our products. In addition to the final testing, numerous checks and inspections are performed at dedicated test benches during all production phases to ensure the conformity of the various components. Both pumps and motors are tested in the testing rooms.
